Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

Mastros provides browser-based tools, including the Telegram Data Scraper, that allow users to export and organize information from Telegram conversations they already have access to. The extension primarily operates within the user's browser environment. Some account, billing, analytics, and service functions may involve backend services.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You will:

• use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• comply with Telegram's Terms of Service
• export only information from conversations you have legitimate access to
• respect the privacy and data protection rights of others
• use exported data responsibly and lawfully

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• conduct unlawful surveillance or monitoring
• access conversations, groups, or data you are not authorized to access
• send spam or unsolicited communications using exported data
• harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual
• violate the privacy rights of others
• harvest personal data for unlawful purposes
• use the Service in violation of Telegram's Terms of Service or applicable law
• resell, redistribute, or broker data obtained through the Service
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

Mastros reserves the right to restrict or terminate access if prohibited conduct is detected.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions provide access to software features, usage limits, export capacity, and support tiers.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (currently Stripe, Inc.). Mastros does not directly store credit card information.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise specified at the time of purchase). Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Taxes may apply where required by law and are the responsibility of the user.

6. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at admin@mastros.online and we will review your request.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time. Access may be limited or suspended for failed payments, abuse, or maintenance.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, content, and branding, is owned by Mastros and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mastros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Mastros in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Mastros is not responsible for:

• user misuse of exported data
• restrictions or actions taken by Telegram
• interruptions caused by third-party services
• losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mastros and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the service operator. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
