Mastros ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mastros.online website and provides browser-based tools, including the Telegram Data Scraper Chrome extension, that allow users to export and organize data from Telegram conversations they already have access to.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use the Mastros website, Chrome extension, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

If you create an account or subscribe to a paid plan, we may collect your email address and account credentials. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Mastros does not store credit card numbers. Stripe may process personal information in accordance with their own privacy policy.
The Mastros website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site. This may include page views, browser type, approximate geographic region, device type, and referral source. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not use client-side cookies for tracking.

If you contact us via email or the website contact form, we may collect your name, email address, and message content in order to respond to your inquiry. Contact form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service.
The Mastros Chrome extension is designed to operate on Telegram Web pages that the user opens (web.telegram.org). The extension uses browser permissions to read page content on Telegram Web in order to enable data export functionality.
Local processing: Exported Telegram data (messages, members, contacts) is processed locally in your browser and downloaded as CSV files. This data is not transmitted to Mastros servers.
Backend services: Some functions, including account management, billing, quota validation, and diagnostic telemetry, may involve communication with backend services.
Permissions: The extension requests only the permissions necessary to provide its functionality on Telegram Web pages.
Limited use: Data obtained through the extension is used only to provide or improve user-facing functionality, security, support, billing, and abuse prevention. We do not sell data obtained through the extension to data brokers. We do not use data obtained through the extension for advertising purposes unrelated to the Service.

Exported Telegram data is stored locally by you unless you choose to store it elsewhere. Mastros does not retain Telegram conversation data on its servers.
Account, billing, analytics, and diagnostic data may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for operational and legal purposes. We periodically review retention and delete data that is no longer needed.
Information collected through the Service may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
