Instagram Follower Export & Scraper

The Mastros Instagram extension exports followers, following, comments, likers, posts, reels and stories from instagram.com to CSV, XLSX or JSON, and downloads media in original quality. The extension only reads, runs in your browser, and resumes where Instagram paused it.

What you see on screen

Every list comes back with the business email, the link in bio and an engagement rate beside each account. Your own logged-in session. No password, ever.

How it works

How it works

Install, open Instagram, pick a surface, save the file. Nothing runs on its own.

01

Add the extension

One click from the Chrome Web Store. No sign-up wall.

02

Open Instagram

A profile for followers or media, a post for comments and likers.

03

Pick what to save

Watch rows come in. Pause or stop any time and keep what you have.

04

Save the file

CSV, XLSX or JSON — named by surface, account and date.

What you get

Seventeen surfaces across people, posts, stories, discovery and media — with email, website and engagement rate columns on the people lists. These are the ones you'll use most.

Emails & websites from the bio

The business email and the link in bio as columns on followers, following, search results and explore.

Followers & following

Any profile's lists with username, name, verified and follows-you flags.

Doesn't follow back

The difference between the two lists as its own file, at no extra cost.

Comments & likers

A post's comments with their reply threads, and the people who liked it.

Posts & reels

One row per post with its counts. Carousels are folded in, not split.

Stories & highlights

Active stories and saved highlights you can see, plus reels with play counts.

Bulk media download

Original quality, single posts or a whole profile, with a folder per profile.

Engagement rate

Beside every account, computed over its last 12 posts — it costs nothing from your limit.

Pauses, never fails

When Instagram limits a list, every row is kept and the run resumes later.

It only reads

No follows, likes, comments or messages — and no password, ever.

Several of these exports carry an email column, filled from the address a creator wrote in their own bio — see the Mastros Instagram Email Finder.

Why it's different

The follower export that picks up where it left off

Instagram limits how much of any list one session can read. Most tools hit that wall and hand you an empty file. Mastros is built around the wall instead: when Instagram pauses a list, every row you already have stays saved, the panel tells you plainly what happened, and the run resumes from the last row — even after you close the browser. There is no silent empty file.

The pause applies per list, not per account: while a long follower export waits, you can keep saving comments, posts, stories or media.

Frequently asked questions

Open the profile on instagram.com, pick Followers in the Mastros panel and press Save. The list is saved as CSV, XLSX or JSON with username, name, profile link, verified and private flags, and whether they follow you back. If Instagram pauses the list mid-way, Mastros keeps every row it already has and resumes later.

Yes. The difference between following and followers is saved as its own list, and it costs nothing extra — those rows were already counted.

Instagram limits how much of a list anyone can read in one stretch. Mastros pauses instead of failing: everything it has stays saved, and the run picks up where it stopped after the cooldown — usually a few hours. Other surfaces keep working in the meantime.

Yes — media you can see, in original quality. Single posts or a whole profile in bulk, with clean file names and a folder per profile. Downloads are paced and can be paused and resumed.

It only reads. It never follows, likes, comments or messages as you, asks for no password and no cookies, and does nothing in the background. Rows are processed in your browser and never go to Mastros servers.

Only your own inbox, and only after you switch that on yourself. It saves your conversation list and one open conversation at a time. It never sends or replies, and message text never enters analytics.

Nothing while it is in beta — it is free and unlimited for everyone, with every surface unlocked and no account needed. When the beta ends: Free is 250 records a month, Pro is $9 for 5,000, and Scale is $18 with no record limit from us. One exported row is one record.

Mastros reduces the usual causes rather than eliminating the risk. It adds no requests of its own for anything already on the page, paces every list it pages through, and stops when Instagram signals a limit instead of pushing past it — that pause is why an export resumes rather than fails. It sends nothing as you: no follows, likes, comments or messages. You choose how much to export in one sitting, and that volume is the part Mastros cannot decide for you.How Mastros processes data locally

It depends almost entirely on follower count — a 10,000-follower account and a 500,000-follower account are not judged on the same scale, and a single percentage quoted without that context is meaningless. Mastros computes the exact rate for any profile it exports, and the Mastros engagement rate calculator explains the bands and how the figure is derived.Engagement rate calculator
